Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information including sales quotations in a timely manner
- Process returns and exchanges
- Manage and maintain stock in the Warehouse and stores area and restock shelves

Experience:
- Previous sales experience essential as well as a working knowledge of plumbing and pipes and fittings
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock and sales information
- Basic math skills for sales and pricing purposes
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
- Preferably have a City and Guilds or an NVQ qualification in a Plumbing related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
