Trainee Showroom and Trade Counter Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Engage with both trade and retail customers in a professional and approachable manner Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations Support customers throughout their visit, ensuring a positive and helpful experience Maintain the showroom and trade counter to a high standard Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets Continue learning about our products and services through provided training

We are looking for someone who:

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic attitude Has a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service Is eager to learn about the tile and bathroom industry Can work effectively as part of a team
