In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Trade Engineer Carpenter (Multi-skilled) will involve:
Providing excellent customer service
Carrying out repairs in a customer's home
Working with a Supervisor and planner to meet appointments for repairs.
Managing your van stock levels
Always remaining professional representing Citizen
As Trade Engineer Carpenter (Multi-skilled) we need you to have:
A qualification in your trade (City & Guilds or NVQ2)
Full driving licence
Be a good communicator with a friendly approach.
The right attitude for excellent customer service
We would be
really
excited if you have:
Other trade skills in addition to your qualification trade (multiskilling)
Experience of using a PDA to receive and complete jobs.
Previous Health & Safety experience
Previous experience working for a social housing provider.
