Bestway Vans Direct are part of the UK's largest Independent Wholesaler. Bestway Vans Direct are a Syndicated salesforce, working in partnership with the UKs leading Crisps, Snacks, Biscuits & Confectionery Manufacturers servicing over 22,000 Independent Retailers across the mainland UK. Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for an Administrator (Trade Marketing) working as part of a small, friendly Commercial Operations team, based in Sheffield. Reporting into the Category Manager, this role will provide support to both the Salesforce and Sheffield Office team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for Salesforce queries.
Work with the Category Manager to create sales tools.
Data entry in the form of maintaining back office systems which drive our iPad selling tool.
Create daily and monthly communications to send to the Sales team to keep them informed on key updates.
Full training will be provided, all we ask of you is:
To be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn with a positive attitude. Have a good eye for detail and organisation skills. To be confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Trade Marketing Experience not essential.
