Role Overview



As the UK Trade Marketing & Retail Execution Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in executing Bose's trade marketing and retail operations across the UK. This position is operationally focused, working closely with the UK Sales team and cross-functional partners to ensure excellence in both digital and physical retail environments. You will support the development and delivery of trade marketing activities, manage day-to-day retail operations, and provide strong administrative support to ensure flawless execution. The role requires frequent UK travel to visit stores, assess performance, and support in-store initiatives.


Key Responsibilities



Trade Marketing


Support the development and execution of annual trade marketing plans with key UK resellers, aligned to Bose's commercial strategy. Assist in the management of co-marketing campaigns and reseller media investments, ensuring ROI and sell-through performance. Collaborate with the UK Sales team and global omnichannel teams to deliver effective content and shopper experiences across reseller channels. Apply a shopper-first approach, using insights, data, and competitor analysis to refine execution. Support budget administration, tracking performance and reporting on activity effectiveness. Retail Operations & Execution


Coordinate in-store execution with UK resellers, ensuring Bose brand visibility, product presentation, and premium shopper experience. Support operational elements including merchandising, displays, advocacy programs, training, and third-party field agencies (3PL). Provide administrative support for promoter training and advocacy programs to ensure Bose products are confidently recommended. Assist in the coordination of product launches, retail campaigns, and in-store activations in line with HQ and global merchandising guidelines. Conduct regular store visits to review compliance, monitor execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Insights, Data & Reporting


Track and report KPIs for trade marketing and retail operations (sell-through, display performance, ROI, training, POS productivity). Provide data-driven insights to Sales and Marketing teams to improve performance and inform planning. Support monitoring of both digital and physical retail touchpoints ( search , reviews, media performance, display health, shopper feedback). Manage administrative tasks including reporting, budget tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications



3-5 years of demonstrable experience in trade marketing, digital ma r keting /retail media , retail operations, or channel marketing roles. Strong operational and administrative skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Experience supporting sales teams and working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and external partners. Familiarity with merchandising, retail operations, training, and working with third-party agencies. Good understanding of budget management, reporting, and ROI analysis. Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into practical actions. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Fluent in English . Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
