CJ UK is currently looking for a Trade Marketer to collaborate with key retail partners and the sales team in planning and executing in-store promotions, POS strategies, and store management initiatives.

Main task

1. In-Store Promotion

Proactively plan and execute in-store promotions in collaboration with the sales team and store staff - from display installation to sampling events, you will be hands-on at every stage. Conduct regular store visits to monitor brand visibility and quickly address any issues on site. Take full ownership of new product launches in stores, including logistics coordination and on-site activation. Co-develop seasonal and tactical promotional campaigns with retail partners. Analyse store-level sales performance and share actionable insights internally. Manage promotional budgets and provide post-campaign performance analysis and reporting.

2. Point of Sales (POS)

Plan and deliver effective POS strategies that enhance in-store presence and drive sales. Manage end-to-end POS production - from briefing and design coordination to delivery and installation. Liaise with warehouse and store teams to ensure materials are properly stored, delivered, and displayed. Conduct store checks to maintain quality and visibility of POS materials, arranging maintenance as needed. Monitor POS budgets and evaluate cost-effectiveness and impact.

3. Store Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with both mainstream and ethnic retailers, including store and warehouse teams. Actively support in-store execution - whether it's running promotions, assisting with merchandising, or solving issues on the ground. Represent the brand on site with a friendly, practical, and solutions-oriented approach. Carry out market visits and gather field-level insights to report on trends and opportunities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in trade marketing or field activation. Someone who thrives in hands-on, on-the-ground work - not just behind a desk. A practical team player who can engage confidently with store and warehouse staff, and is willing to assist with product displays or promo set-ups when needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to manage multiple tasks with energy and professionalism, and open to frequent travel. (Preferred) Adobe design skills and/or Korean language proficiency.
