Swift Shift Vehicle Transportation is seeking a dedicated and reliable

Vehicle Transport Specialist

to join our growing team. As a Vehicle Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of vehicles to and from various locations. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. On average, our drivers complete 2 to 3 jobs per day, helping us maintain our reputation for efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport vehicles to designated destinations while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transport process. Inspect vehicles before and after transport for any damage, documenting findings and addressing concerns as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, inspection reports) is completed accurately. Monitor and track vehicle transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Complete your first drop between 08:00 and 09:00 promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in vehicle transport or a related field is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license. MUST BE CLEAN. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle vehicles with care. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues. Ability to work flexible hours. Weekends available. Must have held your licence for a minimum of 5 years.
