The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate proformas upon client request.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the order process and aftercare.
Create and publish weekly trade sales reports, keeping records updated daily.
Support the store and wider sales team with ad-hoc tasks.
Network and generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience.
Experience within the furniture or interior design industry (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
