Mattressman is growing. As part of our thriving Trade Sales department, we're expanding the team with two Trade Sales Executive roles.

About the Role

As a Trade Sales Executive, you'll be the voice of Mattressman in the hospitality and housing sectors. You'll build your own customer base, tailor product packages to suit individual needs, and deliver an exceptional sales experience from lead to conversion and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients to grow your own portfolio Attend exhibitions and industry events to showcase our product range Generate leads and convert them into sales, both in person and over the phone Provide expert product advice and tailored quotations Build and maintain strong, ethical, long-term customer relationships

What You'll Bring

---------------------

Essential:

Proven high-volume product sales experience A solid track record of hitting revenue targets and KPIs Confidence in lead generation and conversion

Desirable:

Retail sales experience Understanding of the hospitality sector

Additional Details

Primarily Monday-Friday Some national travel and occasional evening/weekend work required
