Trade Supervisor

We can now offer the opportunity for a Trade Supervisor to join our multi-disciplined project team based in Hereford. Reporting to the Building Manager the successful candidate will aid with the day-to-day onsite delivery of GB's services to all clients.

Responsibilities:

Day to day on site supervision of multi-skilled trade colleagues along with additional Sub - contract labour. Ensure jobs are completed to programmed time scales set by the Building Manager. Organising and ordering materials for projects. Ensure all work is organised efficiently. To proactively manage high standards of workmanship within the team through on-site and post inspections. Communicate effectively with the colleagues, customers and clients. Identify opportunities to improve the service that the team provides.

Ideal candidate will:

Have experience of supervising a team of trade colleagues. Good knowledge of all functional aspects of building and construction. Good understanding of Building Regulations in relation to domestic properties. Good understanding of current Health and Safety legislation. Have relevant qualifications and sufficient practical experience working within a similar environment.
Driving licence required.

Package:

Company van, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet and uniform are all provided. 42.5 hours a week. Salary: 38,000 per annum. (Depending on experience) 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. Company Pension.
