Overview:We are hiring a 28.75-hour Trade Supervisor for our Winsford Screwfix branch.This role requires availability on both Weekdays and Weekends.Youxe2x80x99ll be the go-to person for our Trade customers. Representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter, youxe2x80x99ll help our Trade customers, predominately plumbers and electricians, to get exactly what they need for the job. You donxe2x80x99t need to be an expert about Trade, itxe2x80x99s all about relationship building, And with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work life balance, youxe2x80x99ll be on the right track for a promising career with us! Responsibilities:WHATxe2x80x99S IT LIKE TO BE A SUPERVISOR?

• Get to know your customers xe2x80x93youxe2x80x99ll chat to them over a cuppa, understand their projects and offer advice to drive sales. The relationships you and your team build will make us their trusted, go-to retailer
• Run your own business within a business xe2x80x93 Youxe2x80x99ll take ownership of all your own KPIxe2x80x99s including Sales, account increasing, on-boarding new customers and giving great service
• Inspire your team xe2x80x93 following your lead, youxe2x80x99ll guide and coach the team to do great things, building a reputation of your store to be proud of

• Driven to learn and build your skill set
