We are looking for a hands-on, customer focused Trade Counter/Workshop Operative to join our growing team
What You'll Do:
Serve customers at the trade counter - offering advice on hydraulic parts and components Assemble and repair hydraulic hoses, fittings, Manage orders, stock, and sales using our system Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient Help with deliveries and collections when needed Help out in our cylinders workshop when needed
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude or workshop experience Great customer service and communication skills A team player who's happy to get stuck in Basic IT skills (for stock/sales systems) Experience in hydraulics or a similar industry is a bonus Training will be provided
