About the role





Our Tradecraft Team enable Fivecast customers to fully leverage the range of AI-enabled threat intelligence capabilities provided by Fivecast. They are 'super-users' for Fivecast products and showcase to customers how to apply AI-enabled threat intelligence to the customer's mission.

Our Tradecraft team will partner with our Account Directors to focus on a target group of customers to provide compelling pre-sales demonstrations, and trial experiences. Further, they will produce thought leadership content alongside our marketing team and ensure that they are product experts across the Fivecast product suite.



Location: Remote, with semi regular travel to London.

Travel: Regular (up to 10-15%) EMEA travel will be required.



Responsibilities:



Product Demonstrations:

Develop and maintain realistic & relevant scenarios for software demonstrations Prepare for, schedule & conduct engaging software demonstrations with our customers Be accountable for conversion of software demonstrations to trials or customers
Customer Trials:

Develop and maintain realistic & relevant scenarios for software trials Schedule & conduct software trials/PoCs with our customers to demonstrate applicability to specific customer use cases Provide instructor-led quick-start training to trial participants Pro-actively monitor and assess usage and trial user success Working with the Account Executive, develop trial reports for dissemination to the Trial Champion Be accountable for conversion of software trials to customers
Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the entire Fivecast product suite Develop and maintain engaging, mission relevant content - for use in demos, trials, flash briefs, whitepapers, conference presentations etc Provide technical input to Sales on license sizing, user tiers/numbers, similar customer's usage patterns Advise customers on technical integrations (SSO, APIs, etc) without escalating to Product Dev or DevOps. Provide customer and competitor intelligence feedback to the Product development team in accordance with the defined product management processes
Customer Onboarding:

Ensure all new customers are on-boarded in a consistent manner Schedule & conduct customer on-boarding for new customers, consistent with the defined processes Plan and deliver user training sessions for customer user base.
Customer Success & Training:

Conduct regular customer success check-in calls Review usage statistics & report customer health to account executive & sales leadership Provide instructor led training to diverse audiences both virtually and in-person Deployment of industry leading certification within our training programs Support with local logistics required to book and run the training programs Processing invoicing and reporting on local budget spend Maintain accurate records and documentation Measure and monitor client training participation and achievement of key performance indicators Record all attendee participation and distribute accreditation certificates. Achieve targets of reaching all customer with training over specified timeframe
Support to Marketing & Thought Leadership:

Work with marketing to draft thought leadership content (flash briefs, blogs, industry briefs, etc) Attend Fivecast sponsored industry events & conferences in support of account executives Develop and maintain understanding and insight into our customer's mission, challenges and issues

Requirements



UK Citizenship Bachelor's degree in National Security studies, Criminal Intelligence, Political Science, Business, Economics, International Relations, or Foreign studies 5+ years' of relevant experience in as an Intelligence Analysis, Collection Specialist, Targeting, Personnel Security Vetting or related fields Solid understanding of current EMEA national security, counter terrorism, counter-intelligence, cyber threats, and border security issues Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with a high level of autonomy Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience within some of the below areas:

Financial Fraud/Investigation sector Insurance Fraud sector UK/European Policing within an intelligence, law enforcement, or other agency/organization/private company with an intelligence analysis or assessment function leveraging intelligence collection and analysis software or commercially available data sets in support of the intelligence process delivering and developing training on Open-Source Intelligence or related subjects
Desirable Criteria (not required):

Security Clearance Formal intelligence analysis training Awareness of EMEA national security interests * Expert understanding of current subject matter relevant to the Fivecast customers, for example: counter terrorism, counter-intelligence, cyber threats, security-vetting, supply-chain risk management, border security issues, financial/insurance fraud.
