We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradespeople to join our team working on void and occupied properties. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse tasks across multiple projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks undertaken.

Pay is based on SOR rates. A good understanding of this type of work and knowledge of the SOR rates would help.

Will be covering Dartford And some areas in essex

Responsibilities

Perform painting and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Execute plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of pipes and fixtures. Undertake carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and installation of doors and windows. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role across multiple trades. Plastering, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction and maintenance tasks. knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing practices, carpentry techniques, masonry skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. A valid driver's licence.
