Job Summary

We are seeking multiple Tradesman to join our property maintenance Team. The ideal candidates will possess a broad range of practical skills across various trades or specific expertise in carpentry, roofing, kitchen and bathroom fitting, plumbing, gas engineering, construction painting, masonry work, welding, tiling, and electrical work.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to contribute to diverse projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to project specifications.

Tasks as and when needed for projects, and number of hours depends on project. Pay also depends on expertise.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail. Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with safety standards. Carry out construction painting, including surface preparation and applying finishes to various surfaces. Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing. Operate welding equipment to join metals securely for structural or decorative purposes. Assist with electrical installations and repairs following relevant regulations and safety protocols. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Engage in fabrication activities requiring custom cutting, shaping, or assembling materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding or electrical work. Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction activities. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical fitness to undertake manual labour in various weather conditions. Relevant certifications or qualifications in specific trades are desirable. A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between sites.

Pay: From 27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
