We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trades across multiple projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Duties

Carry out carpentry work including framing, finishing, and repairs Perform roofing tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repairs Conduct construction painting to prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with specifications Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes Assist with electrical installations and maintenance where qualified Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks Fabricate components as required for various projects Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during operations Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work Demonstrable ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Experience in fabrication processes is desirable Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to construction sites Prior experience working on diverse construction projects is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 100.00-130.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
