Duties

Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. Perform carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and finishing. Execute plumbing tasks, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework. Conduct painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures. Handle electrical installations and repairs in compliance with regulations. Fabricate components as needed for specific projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in residential/domestic trades Own tools Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC, CSCS, etc.) Valid public liability insurance UTR number and right to work in the UK Professional, reliable and client-facing attitude Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. A valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation to job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-500.00 per day
