Graphic PLC has been established in Crediton since 1968, with global manufacturing subsidiaries in the USA, Italy, China, Switzerland and South Korea. We specialise in designing, manufacturing, and delivering high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, automotive and aerospace. We have a great opportunity for someone to join our Offshore Sales team in Crediton. We are looking for an organised and efficient person to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
:Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones and managing emails. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Prepare and distribute customer quotations, to include handle incoming and outgoing data packages. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2pm (40 hour working week).Qualifications/Experience:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Demonstrates exceptional ability in customer care Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
