As a Trading Services Associate within our Trading Operations team, you will ensure the accurate capture and reconciliation of trading transactions. You will work closely with colleagues across Operations and infrastructure groups, supporting a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your role is critical to maintaining robust controls and driving process enhancements that benefit both the firm and our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Capture all transactions accurately and promptly in the Risk Management Systems Complete intraday and end-of-day processes, including reconciliation checks, to ensure accurate processing of trading activity and book management Collaborate with Operations and infrastructure teams to support a unified approach Perform, complete, and sign off on all controls diligently and on time Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries efficiently Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute to process and business architecture improvements Develop a deep understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products, including Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Forward Rate Agreements, Foreign Exchange, Zero Coupon and Overnight Index Swaps, Bonds, and Futures Understanding of the front-to-back Operations process, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting, with the ability to facilitate issue resolution across teams Awareness of key elements within infrastructure groups such as Finance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Legal, and Collateral, and the impact of Trade Support actions on these areas Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, explain, and challenge as appropriate High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience participating in process improvement or strategic initiatives within trading operations Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
