We are a vehicle transportation company located near Carlisle Airport, operating a fleet of over 500 car transporters. As part of the Constellation Automotive Group--which includes well-known brands such as We Buy Any Car.com, Cinch, and British Car Auctions--we are proud to be a key player in the automotive logistics sector.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Traffic Department.

The Role:

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rota shift basis with the office being covered from 0600-1900hrs.

Salary: Starting salary will be based on previous skills, experience, and training.

This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including frequent telephone communication with drivers and customers, data entry, and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. General administrative support will also be required.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Due to our location, you must have your own transport.
