A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Traffic Clerk to join our team at our West Midlands site.
Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis and any additional administrative tasks assigned by the DOM or DGM as required. A flexible approach and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, delivery points and personnel across the business are required. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to -
Checking ePOD & paper POD capture from previous day. Sorting any short falls.
Checking scanning performance - Inbound & Outbound Trunking, Scan to delivery vehicle.
Ensure traffic pads are monitored continually for deliveries.
Monitoring deliveries on Mandata & Alliance to ensure POD's are being captured in real time - Reporting any issues with PDA's to Ops Manager & IT.
Scanning POD's on arrival back at the depot to ensure 100% capture each day.
Communication with De-briefer to ensure all failures have been reported and outstanding pad has been cleared.
Non-conformance of jobs on the Manpack3 System
Un-invoiced Report - ensuring Nil each week
Completion of Drivers run sheets.
Assist with the processing of paperwork for outbound trunks
Assisting with dedicated partner account activity
Any adhoc jobs assigned by DOM / DGM
This is a varied role requiring a flexible and positive approach, previous experience in a similar environment or customer service skills would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given to the right applicant.
