We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team, in our Bishops Waltham office, working along side the Operations Manager in the TM department.
- Reviewing site evidence for compliance
- Reviewing & booking new jobs
- Inbox management
- General admin support in getting jobs fluid for deploy
- Liaising with HA
- Logistic support (optimising usage of fleet & Operatives, spot checking for cost effective planning)
- General data entry
- Assiting with procurement (including purchase orders)
- Responding to urgent safety TM sites from clients
- Issuing works to Operatives once assigned by Manager
Applicants
must
be able to:
- Work under pressure, with tight deadlines
- Work as a team or on their own
- Be reactive and able to work on multiple topics at one time
- Be computer literate, including office 365

Qualifications:
M7 Advantageous
12C planning officer advantageous
Knowledge of Streetworks desirable
Knowledge of traffic management essential
This role is contract self employed, full time
