Job Description

We are a growing provider of traffic management services, committed to safety, professionalism, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Traffic Management Operative. You will be required to work on Traffic Management Schemes for a range of projects, helping them to run smoothly and efficiently, whilst maintaining a high Health and Safety standard. This role requires flexibility due to the growing nature of the business.

Applicants must have Valid Lantra M1 - M5 and experience in traffic management.

What your role will include:

Traffic Management Setup:

Installing and maintaining temporary traffic lights, cones, signs, and barriers in line with Chapter 8 requirements. Setting up traffic management systems according to CAD drawings and approved designs. Managing the safe flow of traffic and ensuring compliance by road users. Supporting planned road closures, diversions, and lane restrictions. Assisting with loading and unloading of materials as required. Ensure all work is carried out according to safe working methods and best practice procedures. Carry out risk assessments and method statements on works involving traffic management. Ensure all work is carried out according to safe working methods and best practice procedures. Ensure that all activities associated with the job are carried out according to laid down procedures where possible. Promote positive company image whilst at work.

Who we are looking for

Experience:

Previous experience in traffic management.

Qualifications

: Valid Lantra M1 - M5 (essential).

Knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret traffic management drawings.

Safety Commitment:

Commitment to working safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Driving License:

A full clean UK Driving license is required for this role.
