Job Description

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a leading contractor on the NH East contract. This role is all about overseeing and planning traffic management for technology works, leading a team of Road Space Coordinators, and making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
The Role:
Taking ownership of traffic management planning and delivery.
Leading and supporting a team of Road Space Coordinators.
Managing subcontractors and operational teams to hit quality and productivity targets.
Handling road space applications, RAMS, and compliance checks.
Carrying out site visits across NH East.
Promoting safe working practices and a positive team culture.
Overseeing depot facilities, including audits and checks.
What we're looking for:
Experience in traffic management (ideally high-speed).
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).
Flexibility to travel across sites within NH East.
Essential qualifications:
12 A/B
12 C
12D T7 for Managers & Client Officers (or high-speed traffic management knowledge).
