What we are looking for:

We are seeking Traffic Marshall Operatives.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

Traffic Marshall Operatives.

Duties may include:

Directing traffic of vehicles and pedestrians.

Implementing site plans and protocols to control traffic during construction, maintenance or events.

Communicating with drivers and pedestrians to provide site entrance information and directions.

Managing and maintaining traffic control equipment, such as cones, signs and barriers.

Monitoring weather conditions and identifying potential hazards, taking appropriate action if necessary.

Liaising with site personnel, event organisers and emergency services to ensure the smooth running of traffic management plans.

Ensuring personnel compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Reporting and recording any incidents or accidents that occur on site.

Attending regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay familiar with best practices and new regulations.

Clearing walking routes.

Signalling the use of appropriate waste disposal for pedestrians or event attendees.

Accepting deliveries and managing logbooks..

Responding quickly and appropriately to any issues or emergencies that arise.
