Location:

Hybrid (based at The Counselling and Family Centre, Altrincham)

Hours:

5 days per week (35 hours)

Salary:

30,000 per annum (plus agreed expenses)

Contract:

Fixed Term (3-years funding with potential extension)

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive

Mental Health Collaborative Co-ordinator

to breathe even more life into the Trafford Mental Health Network. This exciting role is your chance to shine in the spotlight of Trafford's VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise) sector and work with passionate partners, community champions and changemakers.

What you'll be doing:



Coordinating and leading meetings, events, and awareness-raising activities for the Mental Health Network. Shouting about the incredible work of Trafford's VCFSE organisations across the borough -- online, offline, on roofs if necessary. Building relationships with statutory partners, local organisations, and businesses. Championing the

'Trafford Mental Health Aware Standards'

, taking it from concept to celebrated local initiative. Getting your stuck in with collaborative funding bids and strategic planning. Crafting copy for social media, building useful databases, and keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of all things mental health in Trafford. Event and training delivery organisation Collation of material's and production of annual impact report.

What you'll need to bring:



Strong understanding of mental health and its impact on individuals and communities. Experience in the VCFSE sector and/or working closely with community-based organisations. First-class organisational and communication skills -- both the talking and the typing kind. An eagle-eye for evaluation, impact reporting, and using data to tell compelling stories. A heart for inclusion, a brain for strategy.

Essentials:



The legal right to work in the UK. Willingness to complete a DBS check. Ability to work flexibly and independently -- with a decent Wi-Fi connection!
