FULL TIME - 40 Hours + Overtime

The Cheesy Pig

is a well-known, family-run street food business serving indulgent, cheesy comfort food from our fleet of mobile trailers since 2020. We attend events, festivals, markets, and private functions all across Lincolnshire and beyond.

We're now looking for a confident, responsible and hands-on

Trailer Manager

to join our team. This is a leading role -- perfect for someone who's ready to take charge, represent the brand, and manage a trailer and team on the road. Full training provided, including towing and trailer setup.

The Role

As Trailer Manager, you'll be the key figure on-site. You'll tow the trailer to events, manage the team during service, ensure everything runs smoothly, and serve food to a high standard while representing The Cheesy Pig professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

Towing the trailer to and from events (you are the transport - van and trailer) Travelling with and supervising the team Setting up and packing down the trailer at events Cooking and serving food to a consistent, high standard Managing stock, cleanliness, and trailer maintenance Leading a small team, allocating tasks and supporting during service Upholding hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness Acting as the key point of contact with customers and event organisers on site. Helping gather content for social media

About You

You don't need towing experience -- we'll train you -- but we're looking for someone who can take initiative, lead a team confidently, and always aim for high standards.

You are:

Responsible, reliable, and calm under pressure Confident towing (or willing to learn with our full support) Friendly and able to represent the brand professionally Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-focused Happy to lead by example and look after a small team

Essential:

Full UK driving licence Weekend availability Willing to tow and travel with the trailer and team Great communication and leadership skills

Desirable:

Experience in hospitality or catering Food hygiene or health & safety certification (can be provided) Towing experience (not required - training given)
