Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components on the production line using a variety of tools and equipment, including mechanical and electrical assembly. Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives. Perform work quality checks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe work area. Undertake training relevant to the role and act as a mentor to others. Adhere to all risk assessment and Health & Safety regulations. Training required

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a related field. Manually dexterous with mechanical/electrical quality aptitude. Experience in a similar role within manufacturing. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
