We are looking for a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join our customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within a leading print manufacturing business.

The Account Executive plays a key role in supporting and managing customer relationships for Stephens & George Print Group. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, co-ordinating print projects from quotation through delivery, and supporting Account Managers in developing long-term client partnerships. The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The role is open to both trainees and candidates with relevant print or commercial experience, with flexibility to reflect prior experience.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer accounts. Handle customer enquiries and assist with order processing and handling. Coordinate print jobs internally to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate records using internal systems.

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Confident working with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Keen to learn and develop a career in account management. Previous office, customer service, sales or commercial experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
