Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
Communicating with clients via email and telephone in a professional manner
Helping to resolve client queries and issues efficiently
Supporting senior team members with accounts-related duties
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Using Microsoft Excel and other office software for basic data entry and reporting
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident and professional when dealing with clients
Pro-active approach to problem-solving and providing solutions
Competent in writing clear, professional emails and handling telephone calls
Willingness to learn and develop accounting knowledge
