Job Description

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.



In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Department, including processing sales transactions, posting daily cash, and carrying out bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant, team members, and the Management Team with a range of ad-hoc tasks as required.



While experience with Keyloop (CDK/Kerridge) Dealer Management Systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.



We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well-organised, diligent, and able to work to tight deadlines without compromising on accuracy. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.



If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and a passion for developing your accounting skills in a fast-paced automotive environment. This is a Full-time role is 40 hours per week with one hour lunch break.



When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have obtained GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects, English, Maths and 1 other subject as a minimum requirement for this role.
