: As a Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our installation projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop the skills necessary to excel in the field. Responsibilities:

Assist senior installation engineers in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Learn how to interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, and project plans. Assist in assembling, installing, and testing various air conditioning components including units and controls. Observe and learn the proper use of tools, equipment, and techniques involved in air conditioning installations. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. Continuously learn and stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements:

Strong interest in air conditioning systems and a genuine desire to pursue a career as an installation engineer. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly from hands-on experiences. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles is a plus. Physical fitness and the ability to work comfortably in various environmental conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license essential. CSCS Card is preferred.
