Trainee Session Leader


We are looking for a caring and adaptable Trainee Session Leader to support children and young people at Farm Club. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students who may struggle socially or academically and who wants to develop their skills.
As a Trainee Session Leader, you will:
? Support the delivery of structured learning sessions for children with SEMH/SEND needs
? Help children develop emotional regulation, confidence and self esteem, an enjoyment of learning and social integration skills
? Encourage positive behaviour, routines, and engagement in learning
? Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain professional boundaries
? Participate in a training plan to develop towards the Session Leader role
As the Trainee Session Leader you will have:
? At least 1 years' experience working with children with SEMH/SEND needs
? Relevant training in supporting SEMH/SEND students
? Patience, resilience, and a positive, adaptable approach
? An understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Hours and Pay:
? Part-time or full-time, term-time only (39 weeks)
? Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:30 (sessions 09:00-12:00 & 12:30-15:30)
? Hourly pay: from 15 per hour (based on experience)
