Job Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and final assembly of training manikins and training products.
Job Requirements/Skills:
Good standard of general education
Ability to work within a team and prioritise individual workload
Be flexible enough to be trained for and work on the various production tasks and role responsibilities
Energy, drive and determination to contribute to the ongoing success of the team
Essential Functions:
Manual dexterity and sound practical skills
Ensure accuracy of assembly and customer order preparation
Accurate completion of documentation requirements
Work with the existing Assembly team to deliver the production plan and targeted output
Support and work with Factory Supervisor, Dispatch Manager and Operations Director to achieve the production requirements
Ensure ISO quality standard is maintained throughout production
Ensure the health & safety of all staff by adhering to H&S regulations and attending safety group meetings, if required
Work with the Operations Director to ensure the business complies with all relevant regulations
Physical Requirements
Periods of time standing up during the assembly process
Periods of time sitting down during the assembly process
Moving and handling of multiple components of various weights
Assembling, moving and handling weighted manikins

Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 Friday 07:50-14:30
