To support Internal Account Managers in the administrative management and maintenance of all written and verbal customer communications.
Predominantly working for an assigned Internal Account Manager or when required for multiple account managers within the Customer Services Department.
To assist in building, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining customer relations and aiding in the generation of sales by producing quotations.
To assist with logistical support with ordering of goods and materials if required.
To support Internal Account Managers to immediately report and react to any client needs quickly and professionally, making every effort to ensure that problems are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
Support, manage, share knowledge, encourage best practices, and help develop techniques with other staff members.
Required Experience.
Current Microsoft suite skills in an office environment.
Good organisational skills.
Able to work within a team.
Preferred Experience.
Experience in the Fire or Security Industry .
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00 or/ and 09:00-17:00) based on 37 Hours per week (Full Time) excluding public holidays.
Place of Works:
Your place of work will predominately be at a Cornerstone office in Stevenage five days per week.
Salary:
BAND 1: 24k - 25k (subject to experience).
Probation:
Six months for external candidates
Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
