Trainee Assistant Centre Manager - Mathnasium of Milton Keynes East
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Centre Manager. This role is 25-30 hours per week initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the centre expands. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role
The Assistant Centre Manager is responsible for directly assisting the Centre Manager with sales and administrative tasks required to run a centre efficiently, in addition to, providing educational support and leadership to the instructional floor.
Assistant Centre Managers take ownership for the centres effectiveness and are empowered to take appropriate action when necessary. In addition to providing administrative, sales, and instructional support, the Assistant Centre Manager is involved with training, coaching, and developing the instructional staff to achieve top performance in their roles.

Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in managing all aspects of centre operations ensuring it is running efficiently
Assume responsibility of ensuring all administrative duties such as creating binders for students, entering student progress into the centre management system, and coordinating with the Centre Manager to modify student learning plans.
Position students and team members for success by providing them with the educational material they need.
Administer educational assessments to diagnose learning gaps in order to create learning plans for students.
Lead care calls with parents providing detailed progress updates
Positively interact and engage with parents, building rapport, establishing trust and answering any inquiries.
Assist in delivering local marketing promotions
Assist in creating and posting social media content
Stand-in for the Centre Manager when they are unavailable
