We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. As a Trainee Manager, you will work closely with experienced managers to learn the intricacies of team management, food safety, and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily operations within the restaurant or Kitchen setting. Support the management team in ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. Learn and implement food safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training and development sessions for staff to enhance team performance. Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for smooth operations. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Skills

Strong interest in culinary arts or hospitality management. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers. Leadership qualities that demonstrate initiative and responsibility. Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant/hotel environments is beneficial but not essential.
