Responsibilities include opening/closing the premises, reporting machine issues, monitoring stock levels (detergents, till rolls, bags, cards, stickers, etc.)
Help manage customer service interactions, including serving guests and addressing enquiries
Organising daily tasks for team members and being hands-on in learning all business operations.
Support the training of new staff members and interns as part of team development programmes
Collaborate with management on implementing operational improvements and satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
Previous experience in , laundry is advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising or managing teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards customer service
A proactive approach with the willingness to learn about all aspects of laundry management
