The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting accompanied viewings on stock.
Conducting market appraisals
Listing properties for sale and promoting the benefits of our Auction service
Negotiating auction offers to achieve successful outcomes.
Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties utilising proven TCPA policies.
Actively generating auction instructions.
conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.
Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.
Promoting TCPA on social media outlets.
