We're currently looking for Trainee Bathroom Installers to join our installation teams across the East Midlands. If you've got at least 2-3 years of hands-on trade experience - maybe in plumbing, tiling, joinery, or general construction - and want to learn how to fit full bathrooms and kitchens to a professional standard, this could be for you.

About the Role

You'll be supporting our experienced bathroom and kitchen installers as they complete full domestic installations in customer homes. As you gain experience, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, learning the full process from start to finish.

You'll need to be able to:

Work Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 6:00pm (41.25 hours) Work weekends on occasion if required Handle heavy or bulky materials safely (always as part of a team) Turn up on time, every time Follow clear instructions and work methodically Keep a clean, tidy workspace and respect customers' homes Communicate clearly and politely with staff and customers Show a genuine interest in learning the trade properly

What We're Looking For

At least 2-3 years of recent experience in a trade A good work ethic and willingness to learn A full UK driving licence (clean preferred) Previous bathroom fitting experience is a strong advantage A practical mindset and eye for detail
