We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a
Trainee Beef Trimmer
. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in meat processing. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by experienced butchers and trimmers.Previous knife skills are a positive, but not essential.
What You'll Do
Learn how to trim and prepare beef cuts to specification Develop professional knife skills and product knowledge Support production with consistent quality and hygiene standards Work within a clean, safe, well-organised environment
