We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and safety conscious individual to join our Swansea workshop in Fforestfach as a Trainee Bike Mechanic, assembling bikes to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing:

Assembling bikes according to manufacturer's specifications and quality standards

Fit accessories and perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop

Use tools and work stands safely and effectively

Collaborate with the team to meet build targets and quality standards

Continuously expanding your knowledge and skill through training opportunities

Staying up to date with product knowledge, trends and cycling technologies

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a mechanical role (preferable)

A keen interest in cycling (preferable)

Willingness to learn with a commitment to training and development.

Good attention to detail

Basic problem-solving skills

Friendly and customer-focused attitude
