Location: South Wales (Travel Required)
Starting Salary: National Minimum Wage (Performance-Based Pay Progression)
Hours: Mon - Fri | Flexitime | Includes evenings, weekends, and long days

The Role:

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Trainee Billboard Poster to join our busy installations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on location fitting poster campaigns across our billboard network.

No experience necessary

- we'll provide full training and all the tools, equipment, and PPE you need to get started. A company vehicle is supplied for travel carrying out the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing billboard posters across various sites Ensuring sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented Working at height from ladders , Platform systems & MEWP (Trainning provided) Supporting the team with large format installs, tensioned banner systems, and site maintenance Following strict safety protocols and procedures

What We're Looking For:

A hard-working and dependable attitude Good level of physical fitness Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable working at height from ladders

Full UK driving licence - essential

A keen interest in advertising, signage, or outdoor work a bonus
