We are seeking a Trainee Front of House Staff member to deal with our customers organising collections and deliveries and also learn how to assess the vehicle damage and become a Vehicle Damage Assessor to help our team. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor trainee, you will be trained how to accurately assess and document the damage to vehicles to provide repair estimates. Part of the job progressing will also be liaising with our workshop controller helping with the checking of completed vehicles ready to be returned to our customers.

This Job May Suit School Leaver.

Someone working in the motor trade as a trainee or apprentice.

Someone working as a mechanic or somebody in a bodyshop who would like a change.

```The Candidate will be Trained to do the following.```

- Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage
- Document and photograph damage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with customers regarding repair options and costs
- Upsell additional services or repairs as appropriate
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process

Checking vehicles at the end of the repairs .
