Responsibilities:
Assist in various on-site tasks related to bricklaying under the supervision of skilled professionals.
Support with preparing materials such as mixing mortar, carrying bricks, and organizing workspaces.
Learn and practice essential bricklaying skills, including brick and block laying, leveling, and aligning structures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.
Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and technical skills.
Follow all health and safety protocols while working on-site.
Skills & Requirements:
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are essential.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle the demands of the role, including working outdoors and at heights.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Open to commuting or relocating to
Luton
or surrounding areas.
Basic understanding of construction principles is a plus but not mandatory.
