The Job:

Are you interested in a career in building control? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our Building Control team as a Trainee Building Surveyor in a structured, fully supported role. As part of this career-graded position, you'll work towards a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Building Control Surveying, gain hands-on experience, and be supported to achieve Chartered Membership of a relevant professional institution. You'll learn how to assess building regulations applications, carry out site inspections, and support enforcement activities -- all under the guidance of our experienced professionals.
