Engaging with clients and customers on behalf of our brand Developing strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Representing the business in a professional and confident manner Supporting team objectives and contributing to daily performance goals Taking part in ongoing training focused on personal development, business skills, and leadership
What we're looking for

A positive mindset and strong work ethic Confidence when communicating with people, or a strong willingness to develop it Coachability and openness to feedback Ambition to grow, learn, and take on additional responsibility over time Experience preferred but not essential Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or a client-facing role is beneficial Transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are highly valued
