Job Overview
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737 NG & Max series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.
We are the leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services in Scotland. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Trainee C20 Small Components Workshop Mechanic to join the team.
Duties
o
Carry out repairs on components as required and allocated with minimal supervisiono
Assist with other zones as and when requiredo
Maintain a high standard of work in all taskso
Complete the appropriate documentationo
Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOEo
Maintain a safe and clean working environmento
Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered toRequirements
o
Background in engineering/maintenance is essentialo
Exhibit a positive attitude with a willingness to learno
Experienced and competent using tooling and carrying out technical jobso
Excellent spoken and written English is essentialo
Willing to work shifts (including nights)o
Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environmento
