We're now looking for a Trainee Car Sales Advisor to join our Mazda dealership in Leicester. If you're confident, curious, and people-focused, and ready to start a rewarding career in the motor industry, we want to hear from you.

No Experience? No Problem.

You don't need a background in car sales, just the right attitude. We'll provide full training, ongoing support and clear development pathways to help you grow. Whether you're starting out, changing careers, or returning to work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

With full support from your team and manager, you'll learn how to:

Help customers find their perfect new or used car Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice Present vehicle options and features with confidence and accuracy Support with part exchange appraisals and valuations Prepare quotes and finance options clearly and compliantly Complete documentation and ensure a seamless handover Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships Represent the Mazda brand and Sandicliffe values at all times
You'll also assist the wider team in vehicle displays, social media content, showroom upkeep, and customer events, building your confidence and product knowledge along the way.

Who We're Looking For

You love meeting new people and make a great first impression You're motivated to learn and keen to build a career You take pride in your work and pay attention to the little things You're comfortable using a computer or tablet You're flexible to work a rota including some weekends You hold a full UK driving licence (6 points or fewer)
A creative eye for photography or social media content is a bonus, we'd love your help showcasing our latest models online!
