Trainee Chef Apprentice

. This is your chance to learn from a team of experienced chefs, gain hands-on experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification - all while getting paid!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the preparation and cooking of fresh, seasonal dishes Learning essential kitchen skills and food safety practices Supporting the team during busy service periods Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly Attending training sessions and working towards your culinary qualification

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for food and hospitality Willingness to learn and take direction A positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills No prior experience required - just enthusiasm and commitment!

What We Offer:

Full training and support from experienced chefs Opportunity to gain a Diploma in Professional Cookery SCQF Level 5 & 6 qualification working in partnership with UHI Perth College. A friendly, inclusive, and supportive working environment
